I started back in January and since May have had a really tough time staying motivated and on track! Kids out of school for summer and going out of town...just being out of my normal routine has really messed me up! I am trying to start over too....signed up for a mud run in Sept. and I am in a wedding in Oct. so hopefully all this will help keep me motivated to get at least 10lbs off!! Good luck!! Back on Spark to try and track everything again. I would ideally like to lose about 20lbs, but I will take anything I can get right now! I have a 5km run in September, and a half marathon in February to train for, and would just like to be healthier in general. I have struggled for years and hope that this time I can stay on track and achieve my goal!
