I'm back on Spark People after a long absence and terrible slide in general health and wellbeing. I'm thirty, 5'4" and about 156lbs at the moment but I'm trying to not focus on weight; last time although I got quite fit and down to 120lbs, it was all about the weight and I struggled to transition from finding the scale motivating to finding my own fitness and health motivation enough. So this time I'm setting out with fitness and nutrition goals aplenty and just bloody ignoring the scales! Apart from the odd check in. ;)
Anyway, howdy, nice to meet you all and thanks for having me :)
