Congrats on your 10lb loss so far!
I'm also 5'6" and small framed which does mean we can be on the lower end of the range if we care to maintain there. Unfortunately it's hard to know where you can comfortable maintain until you get there and maintain for a while. It's usually best to choose a goal weight smack dab in the middle of the recommended range which I calculate at 115-154lbs(18.5-24.9BMI), so about 135lbs. When you get there you decide how you feel about maintaining there or whether to keep going.

Current Weight: 155.0 (today)
Goal Weight: lower end of a healthy BMI? (for my small frame, healthy BMI is between 114.6 and 133. I will figure it out when I get there! My goal weight for now is what spark calculated for me.
