I was looking through my spark messages and I kept getting messages from the 20 somethings with 50-99 lbs to lose group and it dawned on me that I'm no longer a 20 something and I don't have 50-99lbs to lose anymore, I need to lose only 10-15, so here I am!! These last few have really been the hardest test of my weight loss journey!
