I hear you on the thirty's thing. I used to dance and was thin after two kids. Then I stopped dancing and 30 came and went. Now I am wondering whose body that is I see in the mirror. I feel uncomfortable feeling fat on my body and beat myself up about it all the time. I have found the best way to stick to exercise is to do it with someone. I walk with a friend during the summer and have recently started going to a Zumba class once a week. I get a text from the teacher everyday that she holds class. I then feel like I have to go and I am so grateful I did afterwards. I would highly recommend Zumba. It is so fun.
