My lifestyle changed pretty drastically about a year ago. I was used to working out 3-4 times a week and eating well, cooking only for myself and my daughter. When my boyfriend and I decided to combine our families it meant moving an hour away from the gym and unfortunately a change in diet as well. All of this directly leading to a an almost 30 pounds weight gain in a year. I am tired of feeling frumpy and not fitting my clothing anymore and most importantly, not being confident or comfortable in my own skin. My lifestyle change and weight loss journey started about a week ago and I've already lost 5 pounds so far. Goal weight here I come!!!
