Hello! I'm going to be turning 39 in a few days so I still qualify to be in this group. I want to enter my 40's 10 lbs lighter. I am going to start walking my dogs on a regular basis and track my steps. I know I should also keep a food diary, but I really don't enjoy that. If the scale hasn't moved in the right direction by June I will rethink the food diary thing. Wish me luck!
