Awesome goals for yourself and your family! You are a great role model for everyone! Best of luck and I love this website. There are so many tools you can use to help you stay on track. If you use the trackers you will see a difference. I have been on SP for a few years now. The times when I used the trackers consistently was when I saw results. Have a great week!

Happy New Year, AND not so happy new weight! I am excited about this website, this team page and a new weight. I had my 4th and last child 2 years ago December. I never lost all my weight I was sitting at 136. Not bad, I was ok with it. Then, I was put on a medication that increases your appetite. I specifically remember my Dr. telling me it's not the medication that makes you gain weight it's you're eating habits or lack of discipline that makes you gain weight. I was ok at first, then I started working back in an office and then the holidays were upon us. Let's just say discipline, well it was out the window! In a matter of 3 months I gained a whopping 14 lbs! I would normally run a minimum of 4 days a week but it got cold outside and the desire to run was out the window and the desire to eat was well just there! Now I want my family and myself to eat healthier and i want to lose 24 lbs to be back to my pre-baby weight. When I say pre-baby weight I mean for the second time. I had 2 children when I was 20 and 21. The weight just fell off and I was skinny minnie in no time. My second round of 2 children I was 34 and 36....not so easy this time! With the support of my family we are going to work together eating healthier and exercising. I took a visit to the farmers market over the weekend and started Insanity this morning. Today is the first day of a healthier family and a new me!! I can't wait to meet you all!
