Found this website today and thought it might be helpful for me. I'm 30 and about 25 lbs overweight. I'm one of those that never had to worry about weight when I was growing up, I played sports and stayed skinny regardless of the entire pizzas I ate by myself! So now that I'm a grown up, I have a really hard time not giving in to every craving I have. And to make matters worse, I find it very difficult to summon the energy for workouts since I work 10 hour shifts and have a toddler. Basically, I have very little will power to actually make changes, but that HAS TO STOP!!!! I can't stand this squishy body anymore and I'm really hoping I can do something about it. I'm hoping SparkPeople, will be just the spark I need.
