I've tried counting calories, exercising like crazy-2 hours a day, but haven't lost much....it wasn't until i read a book about mastering my metabolism , and starting cutting all preservatives and processed good from my diet did i see any results... but with things being crazy, I've fallen off the wagon, and gained everything back in the past month.... hoping i can stay motivated and learn some things to find way to keep the weight off permanently...lifestyle changes.
