Believe me it won't get any easier when you hit 40, therefore gives it your all to fulfill your potential. Never give up fighting! I had my third child five years ago and i keep using the excuse of having him in my mid thirties the reason i hadn't lost the baby weight. I finally decided to changed what i wasn't happy with my weight therefore the journey of changing my fitness level has begun. I figured i have nothing to lose by pounds... I truely believe our mind is so powerful, we just need to empower yourself. I am confident you will keep that weight of and lose any more you want to. By envisioning your success.

I have always struggled with my weight, The heaviest Ive ever been was 220 lbs that was when I met my husband. I have been like a yoyo over the last 13 years, I can lose the weight but I struggle with keeping it off. It seems like the older I get the harder it is for me to lose the weight. In August I was tipping the scales at 178 lbs again and decided I could not get any heavier my health depended on it. I have lost over 30lbs and now Im on the road to keeping it off once again.
