This is my first time I just found this site this weekend. I have gained. 15 pounds over the past year and am looking to loose 20 by March. I am 32 married with two children, 3&6. I have been working out for the past few weeks and have not noticed a difference so I am starting to strength train and log my food. I am ready to get started, the first few days of dieting are so hard.
