Hi all. My name is Brandi. I am 33 years old and live in Ohio with my husband of 4 years and our 10 year old son Ryan. I am not "new" to sparkpeople so to speak. I have not been here in a LONG time. So long that I forgot all my info so I created a new account. :)
I am looking to lose 20 lbs. I have lost about 14 so far with the help of medicine from my doctor, but I am not wanting to do that again. So I am gonna try it the old fashioned way. I am trying to make it to the gym 3 times a week, but my son plays soccer right now and I am just having a hard time keeping everything in order. Looking for motivation or any good tips or ideas!
