Hi! I'm new to SparkPeople too. I'm not a mom, but I'm an employee and a student and it's a struggle to get everything done when you have even one or two demands on your time. Good luck in finding some more energy!

I am a mother, wife, and student. I also work outside of the home.
My goal is to decrease from my current 168 lbs down to 150, as a starting point, to have more energy for my action-packed days.
When a friend told me about SparkPeople I though, why not? Might as well.
