Oh, Taco Bell, I love and hate them. When I've got some willpower, I like ordering off the fresco menu...but if I'm in line at the drive thru, my willpower has likely taken a back seat and my mouth will instead say, "Chalupa meal, Supreme, Steak. With an unsweetened iced tea."
Yesterday is but a dream, tomorrow but a vision. But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day.

So this week is my birthday and that means two things. One, I'm turning 39 and Two, this is my last year to be in THIS forum! This time next year I will be moving on to the *gulp* "40 somethings with 10-24 pounds to lose". Actually, if all goes well, I'll be looking for a forum that says, "40 nothings with NOTHING to lose". Yeah baby. That's it. This year has been a tough one with many challenges and unfortunately my running has taken a back seat while my love for Taco Bell took a front seat! Yikes! So here we are, 3 days from my 39th birthday and I have made the decision that when I leave this forum and enter the 40-year-old group I'm gonna be amazing. I refuse to be the guy who is ashamed to see where these 40 years have taken me. I want to be shirtless and I want to feel phenomenal. So there you go. That's me and that's where I am. I'm not the best at blogging and I'm not all that great at tracking workouts and foods but that's one more thing to strive to be better at right?! So as I enter the final year of my 30's let me raise a glass (of water) and say "Here's To US!"
