Thanks....I did ok with my eating yesterday, but I made it to the gym for an hour. I hate when I put on extra weight and have to try so hard to lose it then I give up when I get back to my regular weight. But not this time. I am not giving up until I have reached all my goals. I can and I will do this. Eating healthy today and Zumba tonight. I am actually excited again. THanks you guys for the encouragement.
Thanks Jungle girl. I made it thru yesterday under 1200 calories a 55 minute workout. Feels good this morning. I know I am not where I want to be but the I feel confident that I am on the right track now!
Thanks Ange...I am going to put it into action today. 45 minutes at the gym today, Thursday and Saturday. I will do more if I have time. I will eat 3 sensible meals and stay within my carb range. With these goals I hope to lose 2lbs by 11-20-12. I will be checking back.

I know that intro is crazy, but that's where I am at on this journey. I am a 35 year old mother and grandmother. That should not be my title, but my daughter has consumed my life. I am trying to start living and stop stressing. I am an emotional eater and I am at the height of my roller coaster right now! I am asking for encouragement and motivation from you guys and I will do the same! My goals are to eat better and exercise more. More specifically...not eat when I am not hungry and get in to the gym at least 3 days a week. Baby steps, but I am going to crawl this time and then take off running. I just know I can!!!!!!!!!!!!
