Hi and welcome to SP! Everything helps. The articles, the people, but for me the nutrition and exercise tracker have helped the most. When I started w/o changing anything of my usual routine I logged what I usually did on a regular day for two days. That gave me a good starting point so I knew where I needed to adjust to help start my weight loss journey.

I LOVE THIS SITE, JUST STARTED TODAY AND SO MUCH GREAT INFORMATION. IT LAYS IT ALL OUT FOR ME SO EASY TO FOLLOW. I AM EXCITED TO GET STARTED AND MEET NEW PEOPLE ON HERE. I LIVE IN CANADA AND HAVE 2 BOYS AGES 11 & 13...MARRIED 16 YRS TO MY HIGH SCHOOL SWEETHEART. WE LIVE ON 20 ACRES WITH A BARN FULL OF AWESOME ANIMALS...WE JUST STARTED TO BREED NIGERIAN DWARF GOATS(JUST HAD OUR FIRST SET OF BABIES THIS SUMMER) AND I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL ARABIAN HORSE.
