I've been on SP before, but got so overwhelmed and discouraged with myself that I took a break. Didn't take long for me to realize that I NEED SP for myself and my journey! I'm starting small with a goal of losing 20 pounds and running my first 5K.
Training for the 5K starts tomorrow and so do the fast break goals of eating a HEALTHY breakfast and getting up without snoozing through the alarm!
My name is Cheryl, I'm a wife to my best friend, mommy to my 2 amazing children Abby (8) and Justin (6). They are the 3 most important things in my life and after doing this for me, I am doing this for them. Abby is doing Girls on the Run at her school and the 5K at the end of her session is a public run, so I have to run with her. I have been needing to get motivated to take better care of myself and this is the best reason!
