Hi i was recommended this site from a fitness trainer to move my work outs to the next level. So I'm trying it out. I'm 35 at weigh 189 and would like to weigh about 170 which i think is totally reasonable. Al though i want to lose weight, my biggest motivation is to move to next fitness level, i have been working out consistently for 2 years and have lost 20lbs already.
