I am signing up at SparkPeople for some accountability/support. I keep going back and forth between healthy diet and exercise program to fast food/no exercise.When I am on the healthy track, I typically try to keep my macros 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fat), or close to that, with around 1200-1400 calories. I do Couch to 5K 3 times a week. I also try to fit in Jillian Michaels videos 2-4 times a week as well - either No More Trouble Zones or Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. I would like to stay on the healthy track! However, I get frustrated with little or slow results, and I often feel like I am happier eating poorly and doing no exercise and being 2-3 pounds heavier than spending a lot of time and effort for non-dramatic results. I hope the fellow posters can help keep me motivated and overcome this thinking!
