I'm new to sparkpeople, and just starting to try to make my eating and exercise habits healthier. I'd love some support and accountability as I try to navigate all this.
I'm a 31 year old graduate student. I'm 5'8" and right now I weigh around 180. I'd like to get down to at least 160. I started off at 185, and the first few pounds came off relatively easily, but I seem to be at a plateau now.
