my name is crystal and I am a fitness instructor who is injured and facing surgery in a couple of weeks. i joined becasue i felt like I might need help staying on track since i will not be able to return to my job until January. Even though I am a fitness instructor, i can also use all of the pointers and information to help me reach my goal of losing a few pounds while I am unable to be as active as I want. I have a herniated disc so if anyone has any safe exercises tips to offer that would be great!!!! And I have a junk food addiction that I need rehab for, lol!!
