I am Kristee and I have began my road to weight loss and changing my bad habits. I have set a goal of losing 20 lbs by December 31st but will be happy with any amount that I lose. I am focused and attend Yoga classes 3 times a week for the past year and a half, now I am ready to step it up and incorporate some other activities to help me jump start my weight loss.
