Diet is difficult for me too... especially starting out... but it gets better.
Planning is key. You need to plan your meals ahead of time. Ideally you want to eat 4-6 smaller meals per day to boost your metabolism. To help feel fuller - lots of water and veggies. Make sure you're eating protein at each meal... protein digests slower so it'll make you feel fuller longer too.
It's a long haul... and a learning experience. I've been eating "clean" consistently for almost a month now and I still feel hungry and have the urges to snack, but I try to keep busy so I don't dwell on it.
You can do it! Just stick to it and it'll get easier.
