I'm 32, 5'3" and I hover at about 168-170lbs. My clothes are tighter and I refuse to buy pants or skirts until I lose weight. Do you know how long I been telling myself that??? A very long time:( I've been at this battle of "slimming" down since, let's just say for a few years. My weakness is potatoes and salt. I just simply love chips and fries. I would take that over a steak. I still look good, and I dress my weight really well. I just want to feel better, I know what is going on with me is because of my weight. I just want to be able to do more without it having the appearance of a chore because I am just so tired.
