I'm in my mid-thirties and after two kids I am finding it very difficult to lose even one pound. I would like to use food to jumpstart my metabolism and gradually add a consistent exercise routine to the mix. My spine was injured in a car accident when I was six months pregnant with my last child, so many exercise classes are painful. I'm looking for sounding boards and the chance to be accountable to a group so that I will be motivated to keep at it. Thanks for listening!
