Hi everyone; I'm Laura and just discovered SP today. I'm really excited to begin. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. in time for my wedding next year. I've been eating right and exercising for about two months now, but continue to yo-yo up 'n down due to the fact that I am an every-emotion eater: angry, sad, happy, annoyed, bored, I snack. I'm hoping this community will assist and motivate when I need it most and break the emotional eating roller coaster!
