Hello, my name is Michelle. I am 31 and looking to make a lifestyle change. I have noticed that the older I get the harder it is to lose weight and or maintain a healthy weight. In my youth I never worked out and I was able to eat whatever I wanted with no consequence. My have those days long gone. I hope that joining SparkPeople will give me the extra support and boost that I need. I am currently 162lbs and my goal weight is 145lbs.
