I'm struggling with what feels like a constant legitimate hunger. Not stomach growling hunger but like a sugar-low hunger.
Are you eating a lot of carbs? I'm finding even with me eating whole grain, fiber type carbs and trying to avoid sugar and flour, but still eating some, I still feel hungry about 2 hours after eating and obsessive about food until I can eat again.
I got some hoodia and some full bars to try and help. I found when I did jenny craig, veggies helped. get yourself a pile of low cal green veggies, they help. And drink all the fluid you can.
But personally, I'm butting in here because I'd love to get everyone elses advice on fighting hunger. I ate over 2000 calories yesterday and still could have knawed off my hand by the end of the day...and was really cranky by 5pm.
