I've been using SP healthy recipes, but need to commit more...so decided to join forums. I lost 65 lbs on WW, and after quitting 1 1/2 yrs ago gained 15 back. I'm desperate to lose it and not keep gaining. I'm also getting married in June and want to look & feel my best! I need to track what I eat and exercise...that's not fun, but it is effective! My biggest challenge is my fiance and his mom, who LOVES baking and cooking with butter. Gotta love rural midwestern farmers
