Hi Everyone, so after a visit with my GP yesterday i have decided to start tracking my calories. This is all new to me and seems like a lot of work but clearly what i have been doing in the past is not enough for me. I have been struggling with my weight all of my life and can never seem to get rid of the 10-15 LBS that I want to lose. I try for the most part to eat gluten free and little to no dairy just because it does not sit well with me. I recently started running and try and squeeze my runs in about 3-4 times a week.
So here gos nothing I want to drop at least 10LB by Christmas... I'll keep you posted. :)
