Hi all! Excited to be here and finally get rid of the last 15 pounds. I have a technical question about the meal tracker. I tried to input my meals for the entire next week so that I can print a grocery list. But it doesn't let me add meals for future dates. Are you supposed to fill out the meal tracker after you eat for the day, or can you write out your week and print a grocery list? I hope my question makes sense!
