Hello SparkPeople! I've been working out for the last month, I quit smoking, I've been eating clean at least 5 days a week and the scale had been creeping down, roughly 0.1 lb/day. But it was going down so I didn't complain. I got from 160 lbs to 157.2 in a months time and when I stepped on yesterday BAM 160 again. WHAAAA????? Today, 161.5. SO disappointed. Incredibly discouraged. I did a google search for how to lose weight (I was an athlete in schoool and am an RN now so I figured I knew enough about it to be able to do it without help) Clearly, I am doing something very wrong. I am hopeful that I can get back on the path of success with some help from this community!
