Need lots of motivation and support to start (again!) this attempt to lose weight, and live healthier.
I'm 38, mother of 3 (10, 6, 6), married, and also full time engineer. Most people will say I don't need to lose weight. Yes, I'm smaller than other people but this is not my ideal weight. I feel sluggish, I don't like how I look. my BMI is right at the edge of healthy and overweight.
Most people I know have lots of weight to lose and think I'm crazy for wanting to lose a few pounds. I'm so glad this group exists!
I have started running again, but have seen no changes in my weight. I have noticed some changes in my body but none on the scale.
I know I need to change my eating habits and set goals for exercise. Most importantly, need motivation to stay on track!!!
Any tips you share will be greatly appreciated!
