It can be a constant battle - each day is so different! Focus on each thing you do right, so that it will encourage you to do the next step and the next, until you've accomplished bigger goals for your health!

I understand how you feel, and I don't think you're crazy at all. You know yourself better than anyone. And what's on the inside counts too. If you don't feel your best then change can be good. You deserve to feel good about yourself. Don't give up and don't let anyone convince you you're wrong or crazy. I also have 3 kids. I'm 33 @145#. I've always been 115 my whole life until my last baby. No one will agree that I need to lose weight but I know I need to be healthy and active. You can do this. I'll do whatever I can to support ya. We can do this because we're worth it! Lol that's from a commercial
Need lots of motivation and support to start (again!) this attempt to lose weight, and live healthier.
I'm 38, mother of 3 (10, 6, 6), married, and also full time engineer. Most people will say I don't need to lose weight. Yes, I'm smaller than other people but this is not my ideal weight. I feel sluggish, I don't like how I look. my BMI is right at the edge of healthy and overweight.
Most people I know have lots of weight to lose and think I'm crazy for wanting to lose a few pounds. I'm so glad this group exists!
I have started running again, but have seen no changes in my weight. I have noticed some changes in my body but none on the scale.
I know I need to change my eating habits and set goals for exercise. Most importantly, need motivation to stay on track!!!
