Hi Everyone, my name is Jennifer and I have been a member on SP for 1 week. I have enjoyed tracking my food and exercise, it's been keeping me honest about my habits. I currently work out 5-6 days a week in the morning and I really enjoy it. My goal is to lose 16 lbs by November and keep it off through the holidays and forever after that! I hope to make some friends here to keep me motivated! I am hoping that when I weigh in tomorrow that I've lost a pound! Wish me luck!
