Hello all, I'm Byron and it's about time I get in shape. I guess for a while I always thought I could eat and drink carelessly and never lose my Marine Corps physique. Man was I Wrong, I weighed 180 pounds on my 30th birthday, and at 35 I weigh about 198. During the past five years I have weighed as much as 220. Well I joined spark people back in february, but really didn't start utilizing it until July. My goal is to create a healthy lifestyle, because I want to be able to be active with my children and grand children(hopefully) someday. My cholesterol is high norm, and I know that my being active and exercising, eating healthier, and losing 18 pounds will help me accomplish this goal.
