What I really need help with, is accountability. Hi there. I'm Alyssa. I am a 31 yr old married mom of 3. I live near Austin TX. I currently weigh 140 but my weight fluctuates between 138 and 142. I desperately want to get back down to 120. I know I can do it. I did it right after my divorce over 4 yrs ago and I weighed 160 before I lost the weight. My current husband and I have been together 3 years and married about 15 months. He is wonderful. He thinks I am beautiful no matter what. My problem is that I don't feel healthy and I don't like the mirror. I have 3 kids 12, 9 and 6 that run me ragged. I also have 2 60 lb dogs that have tried to keep me active. I don't really have any friends nearby and my biggest problem is sticking with a program. I did not do radical dieting before. I simply ate and drank healthier and of course ate less of it. Life has thrown me several curve balls lately and I am currently a stay at home mom. Both of those have caused me to turn to food for comfort or to alleviate boredom. My biggest vice is soda!!! So I just need encouragement and someone to help keep me on track! Thanks guys!!!
