Good Idea, I do love popcorn. I didn't think about adding flavor, that probably would help. Okay, its on my grocery list, powder cheese, yum emoticon

Have you tried popcorn for a snack? If you like it, that would be a good alternative. You can add some spices to it if you want more flavor!

Hello everyone. I have been going up and down in weight since forever! I am determined to lose 15 pounds. I started back on the right track this past Friday and so far so good!! Questions, I am a huge snacker, especially for chips. Anyone have any healthy alternatives, that will stop the cravings? emoticon
