Hi just wanted to say hi to existing members.My name is Jo ,have just joined up aiming to lose at least a stone look fitter and feel healthier before I turn 40 next February.I already live quite a healthy life but my downfall is as a single parent of 2 teenage boys I tend to spend a lot of time alone in the evening and this is when my willpower fails and I tend to snack any tips on how to avoid this would be appreciated.
