Hello, Just a quick note to say hello. I'm new and have a goal of 20 pounds in 2 months. Along with quitting smoking along the way. I look forward to tracking my progress and checking in with this group each day.
I'm not real sure where to start. I'm a big fan of the same simple meals each day and an exercise routine I can repeat over and over. I just want to hit my goals and not get to creative. Just results results results!
