Hi all! I've tried Sparkpeople before and just stopped after about a month b/c I felt overwhelmed by recording all the foods...this time I'm back with a new plan. I am going to try to eat the same thing during the weekdays so I don't feel so overwhelmed with spending time looking for each veggie or trying to figure out how much oil i use.
My biggest problem in this weight loss story is actually thinking I can reach my goal. I've been 20-30 pounds overweight all my life (as are my family members) and I've just internalized the message that I can't do anything about it. I know that isn't true logically but in an emotional sense, I do believe it. So, here goes the latest attempt! Can anyone relate to just not having the confidence that I can do this?
