There are several teams for depression (and anxiety) to help you along. It's a very hard thing to battle, and often there are so many uncontrollable things in our lives, which tend to aggravate the situation. [You can find some of these teams through my profile.]
Journalling about all the things that you are doing well can help: what did you do today that was good for you? These things do not need to be impossible 2-hour workouts to be considered good things: eating veggies is good, whole grains, a 10-minute workout, drinking water, getting enough sleep, etc. Anything towards good health can be considered.
And blogging on SparkPeople is helpful! Just having reached out to SparkPeople is a good thing! Journal about it! Reading an inspiring article can count too!
Having said all this, I realize that I really need to be journalling again... haven't done it in a while.
