I am new, too. I am a 39 year old single mother of 2 teenagers. I work full time and I just finished my Bachelor's degree. College life took a toll on me and I gained weight. I want to lose about 20 pounds. I really need support and motivation. My weakness is fast food.

You sound like a busy lady! I stayed within my calorie range on Tuesday and yesterday I went over just a tad and I have so much more energy! You should try the nutrition tracker. It is so easy and it makes such a difference to actually know where you're at and approx. what you have left for the day. I'm going to go on a walk this morning to make up for the extra I went over my calories yesterday.
