And let's hope that's all it is. I was doing fairly well. I was going to workout at least 5 days a week and eating pretty well. I lost about 3 pounds in about 2 weeks and I was noticing some inches gone around my waist. But this past weekend, a couple of our best friends got married. My daughter was the flower girl, so that meant that we were part of all the wedding festivities all weekend, including the rehearsal dinner and such. The food they had all weekend was amazing, and there was a lot of drinking. We were going going going all weekend, which left me utterly too exhausted to work out when we got home. I actually went to bed at 6:30 on Tuesday night after work and I never do that. I think I'm completely back on track today. I didn't go work out this morning, but I plan to tonight. I'm writing this so that this team can maybe help me hold myself accountable. While my husband commends me and compliments me on the weight that I have lost, he's not working out with me. He does help me eat right, but I tend to work out the best if I have a buddy to motivate me. So please, I need all the motivation and encouragement I can get.
