Hello!

I'm June and I heard about SparkPeople from a fellow runner. My goal is to lose 20 pounds initially to get back to the weight I was at this time last year. Since April of last year, I have gained 21 pounds, 12 of which were gained since February of this year alone! WOW. I stepped on the scale this morning and I was shocked. Time to pull myself together and get off my butt.
