Welcome to the team. I am fairly new to the team as well. I know from past experience that counting my calories and food intake help me a great deal. There is also a lot of support on this site. I need someone/something to help me get my butt in gear, someone/something to tell me to work out. And this site helps me with that. Good luck!!
Hi there. I am a 30-year-old mother of an 18-month-old. I have been trying so hard to lose 15-20lbs for the past 9 months; I'm really struggling. I recently met someone who lost over 100 lbs using Spark and I was so intrigued. Any advice as I get started would be greatly appreciated :)
