Hello, Im halfway through my 30s and find that keeping the weigh off is not as easy as it used to be. I run every week and train for 1/2 marathons but I still have little love handles and a small bellly. I want to get rid of both of these things and am looking for a different way to do that. I have to admit I am not always as strict with my eating as I should be with regards to treats at home. I am hoping this group will help me put the cookie down :) thanks, glad to be here.
