hello i am not totally new to spark people but usually just take back seat i lost about 7kg before my wedding but I've gradually put half of it back on. I'm planning for a baby soon and want to be fit and as close to my ideal weight as possible. I'm hoping i can get loads of motivation. the problem i had with spark people in the past was logging in my food I'm african and find it a bit difficult accurately estimating calories in some of my meals. Anyway I'm back and hopefully better any tips or ideas would be appreciated thank you all
