I am a mother of 3 girls and 2 stepsons and quickly approaching 40 years old. I have a very busy life and find that we just grab and eat what we can most nights. I know it is not healthy and I know the older I get the harder things will be to change. I want to lose about 50lbs total, but set a small goal of 15lbs for now. Not sure if that is a good thing, but I like to see short term results. Mostly, I want to eat right, and have a healthy lifestyle that I can teach my children.
