Hi, I am new to this and trying to figure out how this all works. I am a 39 year old mom of two boys and 2 stepsons. I never had a weight problem growing up, but in the past few years I seem to just be gaining no matter what I do. I am 5'4" and weight 152. My goal is to get down to 133. I think my biggest problem is snacking at night and Ihave not been working out (I do not like the gym). I do have the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred that I want to start this week. I used to dance many years ago and would love to find a dance class to take for fun. I do know how to eat healthy, but do I want low fat, low sodium, it all confuses me. I am here for support, encouragement and help! If you have any suggestions, tricks, ideas, anything I welcome them all. Thank you and I am glad to be part of this team.
